SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 2, 2011 - Compliance Xpressware LLP (CX), a Silicon Valley-based software company that enables Reporting Issuers to achieve compliance with the SEC's mandate for eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), today unveiled Xpressfiler, a suite of EDGAR filing software tools designed specifically for filing agents. Xpressfiler contains three core modules that are seamlessly integrated within Xpressfileritself, but they can also be subscribed to individually:

  • Xpressbuilder - creates company-specific taxonomies
  • XpressBRL - automatically tags HTML files to produce XBRL files
