He has a consistent track record in increasing business, exceeding revenue targets, securing major customer wins & establishing strategic partnerships. He has successfully built award-winning sales and marketing organizations, secured and managed several major customer and partner relationships, developed major OEM & REP/ Distributor accounts and overall channel strategies.
Mr. Helal has a MSEE from State University of New York at Stony Brook, a B.Tech. (Honors) in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg. from Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur, and has completed extensive business and management course-work at Stanford University, California.
As a Senior adviser, Mr. Helal provides leadership on the company's strategic direction and technology monetization. He also helps Apurba with business development and IP licensing effort for certain target accounts. A seasoned Bay Area veteran, he has worked for companies such as Cadence Design Systems, MIPS Technologies and Sun Microsystems. He has built and delivered $100+ Million revenue per year. He has secured over 300 customer wins and IP/Technology/Software licenses and strategic partnerships worldwide.
